Errol: Is this true? Yes. It went blank and no amount of button pressing turned it on. I didn’t text for almost 4 hours because I thought it was broken. Until I showed it to Debs. She fixed it. I am fail.

Debs: This is the first and only time I have known something about technology that Errol didn’t. 😀  He told me that battery was broken and wanted to take it to a store.  Aren’t you glad I saved you that trip, Errol?

  2. I agree, Errol — it makes no sense that the button you use to hang up (the red one!) is the button you use to turn it on. Everyone *is* dumb.
